Music theory
Useful to any performer who wants to understand more about why some things sound good and some don’t, how music is notated and how to create 2 and 3 part vocal harmonies.
If you decide on a particular way of singing a line of a song that sounds great, how do you do it again next time you sing it and then a week later at the next rehearsal?
The best way would be to record the sound, but unless you are within spitting distance of a tape recorder this often isn’t possible so the next best option is to jot it down, even if crudely.
Coaching covers:
- time signatures
- scales and keys
- notation
- harmony
- intervals
… and much much more!
